Effective from 1 JANUARY 2013, employers must comply with the new Work, Health & Safety Act Regulations. Failure to do so may result in penalties up to $3 million for Persons Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU), $600,000 for Officers and/or 5 years jail, $300,000 and/or 5 years jail for workers.

Who Should Attend?

This important Work, Health & Safety Business Seminar has been specifically designed to provide information for all “Officers” including Board members within an organisation. “Officers” are defined in the Act as a person who makes, or participates in making decisions that affect the whole, or a substantial part of the business of the corporation, e.g. Directors, CEOs, Financial Managers/Officers, Business Managers, Human Resource Managers, in fact all line-managers that have decision-making responsibilities that impact on organisational resources.
